Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and stylish, but the presence of a cot took up a lot of space. The breakfast inclusion is convenient, although accessibility through a narrow stairwell may pose a challenge.
The hotel is nestled in an ideal location, giving us a chance for a lovely walk through the pretty village with stunning views of the Isle of White. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, were affected by noise from the extractor fan outlet box and village church bell chiming every 15 minutes throughout the night. The staff, overall awesome, were a bit abrupt during checkout. The dining experience was superb with delicious, freshly cooked dishes. The hotel offers a serene environment, perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing.
The hotel had comfortable and stylish rooms, but they weren't ready upon our arrival. The service was very welcoming and friendly, creating a great ambience, though a mishap with room service surprised us. The location was excellent, topped off by the friendliest manager, making it a lovely night away. The dining experience was convenient with nice atmosphere, but with room for improvement. The hotel boasts great facilities, offering a nice 2-day break.
